1.
Campers must bring their own camping equipment including tent, cooking
equipment, personal care items and first aid kit.
2. There are
concession stands and vendors in Flamenco Beach that rent tents,
beach gear and sell food. Please patronize this establishments.
3. You are only
allow to camp in the designated areas.
4. The following
activities are not permitted in order to protect Culebra's wildlife
and vegetation:
- Disturb, harass or destroy Culebra's
wildlife.
- Cutting down trees or any type of
vegetation
- Bon fires outside provided fire
pits.
- Bury trash in the sand or any part
of the campground.
- Use of flash light at night on the
beach (use a flash light with a red lens, if you have to use one);
this may disorient the turtles trying to nest.
- Invade areas identified as turtle's
nests.
- Litter, use the provided trash cans.
5. To guarantee
the safety, tranquility and enjoyment of all of the campers, the
following is not permitted in the camping area:
- Glass containers (they will be confiscated).
- No motor vehicle is allowed at the
beach or camping area.
- Loud music .
- Noise after 11p.m.
- Misconduct, fowl language or nudism
(men must wear their shirts while in town)
- Guns, with the exception of the
police and security officers
- Animals, with the exception of police
dogs or guide dogs.
- Sleep on the beach.
- Excessive drinking.
- Electric generator nor extension
cords.
